Why are AI interviews on a paid plan when CRM and ATS are free?
The voice stack (real-time speech to text, neural TTS, video room, scoring LLM) has a real per-minute cost. Your ATS pipeline, CRM sequences, and coding assessments don't, so we keep them free forever. You only pay for what actually costs us money to run.
What counts as a 'resume parse'?
One PDF or DOCX uploaded for a candidate that gets turned into structured data (name, skills, experience). Manual entries don't count. Re-parses of the same file don't count.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Switch from your Settings any time. Annual saves about 17% (two months free) and locks the price for the term.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs through a PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. INR plans accept UPI, netbanking, and all major Indian cards with auto-renewing mandates. USD and GBP plans accept all major international cards.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing portal. You stay on the paid plan until the end of the billing period, then drop to Free Forever. No data is deleted on downgrade.
